The Municipality of Morin-Heights presents Marjocella in concert at Lummis Park!

Marjocella weaves enchanting musical landscapes with her cello and effects pedals. By layering organic loops and hypnotic textures, she creates immersive sonic journeys where time seems to stand still. Blending gentleness, depth, and vibrant resonances, her music invites listeners to contemplate, relax, and escape.

At Lummis Park, on Sunday, September 13 at 15:00. Feel free to bring your chair or blanket to settle in comfortably. Free for residents of Morin-Heights and children 17 and under; a $5 park admission fee applies to non-residents. In case of rain, the show will be moved to the Chalet Bellevue (27 Bellevue Street).

Pianist-composer Roman Zavada has set up shop in the forest, where his pianos have literally taken root, to create and record his album Forêt pour deux pianos. The audience is invited to enjoy an immersive experience, free of technology and artifice, amidst the tranquillity of the trees, where every note resonates with the calm and depth of the setting. Known for the boldness of his projects, Zavada combines virtuosity, sensitivity, and innovation. A suspended, magical moment, where the piano engages in a direct dialogue with the landscape.

Saturday, September 19, at 13:00 (postponed to September 20 in case of rain), at Domaine Castel Marie (900-910 Route 364). Parking is limited at the park, so we encourage everyone who can to come by bike or on foot via the Aerobic Corridor to do so, as it is the fastest way to get to the concert venue. You can also park in the Morin-Heights Camping and Cabins parking lot, which is located near the Aerobic Corridor entrance on Bennett Street. Feel free to bring a snack and something to drink and enjoy a picnic with family or friends while you let the music carry you away in nature and enjoy this unique moment!

For people with reduced mobility: access is not easy, but not impossible. We invite you to contact us in advance for details.
