The Municipality of Morin-Heights invites you to celebrate the music of the great bands of the 30s and 40s with L’Esprit du Swing. You’ll hear classics by Duke Ellington, Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman, Artie Shaw and Count Basie, among others. If you’re feeling inspired, this concert is perfect for lindy hop dancing!

The group has been playing together since 1998: Roger Walls (trumpet and vocals), Pierre Perron (saxophone, clarinet and vocals), Jean Cyr (double bass), Laurent Roberge (drums) and Chris Hunter (guitar and musical direction).

Feel free to bring your chair or blanket to settle in comfortably. Access is free to MRC des Pays-d’en-Haut residents and children 17 and under, and there is a $5 access fee for non-residents.

The show will be moved to Chalet Bellevue in case of rain.
