Exhibition: “Jean-Yves Côté: A Creative Vision, From Yesterday to Today”
The Municipality of Morin-Heights presents a retrospective exhibition of a local artist. After pursuing his education and career in the visual arts, Mr. Côté chose to establish his professional studio in St-Sauveur. Throughout his career, he has continually devoted his time to fulfilling his passion as a sculptor. Now retired, he dedicates himself entirely to his art. One of his works adorns a pier in Lac-Mégantic, in honour of those who lost their lives in the sadly famous tragedy. The exhibition we are presenting will focus on the evolution of his work from 1969 to the present.
At Chalet Bellevue, June 5 to July 5; vernissage open to all on June 5, at 17:00.
