Q: Are there free subscriptions available to all citizens?
A: No. The Municipality of Morin-Heights offered 100 free subscriptions, which have all been claimed.

Q: I have an issue with the app, a bug, or a problem with one of my current loans.
A: Contact the Partage Club team at support@partage.club or via the in-app messaging system. From your profile, click on Help.

Q: If one of my items is broken, what can I do?
A: With your subscription, you are covered by Partage Club’s Responsibility. If damage occurs to one of your items worth $25 or more during a loan, Partage Club commits to compensating you up to $300 per year. You can contact the Member Services team at support@partage.club
