If the Ruisseau could talk

Environmental historians who study human interaction with the natural world, sometimes over very long periods, emphasize the role human affairs play in influencing nature and vice versa. But what is the story of the Ruisseau Jackson and the Simon River in which it plunges?

Ruisseau Jackson (RJANP) is proud to announce the publication of a short history of the Ruisseau Jackson watershed. The publication is to be produced this year thanks to the Morin-Heights Historical Association (MHHA).

An associated conference will take place on June 1, 2024, from 14:00 to 15:00 at Chalet Bellevue. Come hear the author lend his voice to the Ruisseau: Mr. James Jackson!
