In accordance to Article 961.4 of the Quebec Municipal Code, the Municipality must publish on its website, by the latest March 31st of each year, the list of contracts which have an expense of $ 2,000 and over concluded throughout the last complete fiscal year with the same contractual partner pertaining to contracts having a total expense exceeding $ 25,000.
