2010−The Board of Directors of "The Residence" hosted a reception at the senior’s home for its residents and their families, friends and local supporters. Board President Margaret McClellan talked of the history of "The Residence" since the idea of a retirement home in Morin-Heights was first conceived and paid tribute to the many organizations and volunteers who contributed their time and talents to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the residence.

Morin-Height’s Mayor Tim Watchorn congratulated the executive committee of "The Residence" for the excellent job they were doing and reaffirmed the ongoing support of the Municipal Council for the Residence and its goals.
