The village of Morin-Heights has preserved its character of yesteryear with its boutiques, small restaurants, quaint inns and renowned spas. Its reputation is based on the outdoor sports which are enjoyed year-round. During the summer, the Aerobic Corridor may be used for cycling and hiking, golfers enjoy playing at the reputed Balmoral golf course and Acro-Nature, an aerial rope course, is also open. Comes winter, Morin-Heights, also known as the Cross-Country Ski Capital, opens the Corridor, which becomes the hub of an exceptional cross-country ski network with over 150 km of interconnecting trails with an additional 22 km dedicated to snowshoe trails.
