Good weather and fresh snow arrived just in time to herald in the 63rd annual Legion Ski and Snowboard Races, which took place at Ski Morin Heights on March 9.

Members of the Morin-Heights Legion generously donated their time to this annual event, which encourages children to play in the snow and discover the sport of downhill skiing.

Ski passes were provided for free to local children who registered in the event and after the races had ended, all participants and their families were invited back to the Legion for the presentation of trophies and a lunch of hotdogs and juice.
